Was the most dumb decissions that MS made.. About as bad as the PS3 not having rumble..

As most people will be buying them this winder (and the shortage of PS3 is partly to blame).
They basically lied their way all along to put people buying the 360.. It was scheduled for a world wide launch early this year.. Europe is getting it a year later.
The other thing is that Sony are losing so much on PS3, they are better off delaying release until they can get their costs down..
1080p is the only thing that's cool on that and that's not such a big deal for most of us..
That MS are keeping quiet about? You just never know..
I just see a load of bug fixes, and some improvements to help sell some of their products that their software wasn't ready for (HD-DVD and Cam). The 1080p support is the only main enhancement i see and compared with the ability to select multiple items to download, this isn't just a big deal for most of us..
Just joking ofcourse, everyone has their own taste..

There was a time when MGS would have had a major impact on the console, but the competion for ace games of that elk has hotted up and we're actually spoilt for choice of great games now, well.. Ok, Come Dec we will be.

No comparison. GOW will sell consoles, Viva Punta will just sell.
I'm sure it'll be a great game, but really, I can't see Viva Punta taking the market by storm as GOW will..

I was expecting to hear greater and better things.. Tis a shame that game co., didn't make better use of the controller.. As a 360 owner.. I'm still toying with the idea of getting a Wii, but still just sitting on the sideline and listening..
That's going to be the biggest problem with the PS3, with the browsing functionality and other abilities (while great - I'd love to have on the 360), it'll drop the attach rate.. and for an expensive console, that's a bad thing for Sony.
I predicted when the dashboard was announced that their were probably a load of security fixes in there that they were keeping quiet about.. that's still possible..
